New on the SceneJennifer Aniston's first shot at TV was on the short-lived Ferris Bueller sitcom, which she starred in alongside Charlie Schlatter in 1990.

Friends ForeverJennifer found some real life pals on the set of Friends, which started its 10-year run in the Fall of 1994. By the end of the series' run, she and costars Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow set a new record as the highest paid TV actresses of all time with their $1 million per episode salaries.

True Romance As Friends took off, Jen started dating fellow actor Tate Donovan. Despite a rumored engagement, they ultimately went their separate ways in 1998.

America's SweetheartShe shocked a few fans by posing naked on the March 1996 cover of Rolling Stone — and though she went without clothes, she did prominently feature the hairstyle that started a phenomenon — the "Rachel."
